Host many websites on a single web hosting account

A friend of mine that I had not seen in a long time called the other day and we met at a local bar for drinks and snacks. We caught up on things and somehow the topic came to running some websites for money and anything that is related to that topic. I did not know he was a hobby bee keeper and that he was running a large bee related forum.
